Communication strategy
The communication strategy Sweet Talk plays a key role in positioning the CRC SIIB as a leader in sugarcane farming systems and bioproducts research. Our mission is to provide clear and concise information to our key audiences. This is to keep them informed about our activities and inspire our business partners to continue to invest in research and business opportunities that stem from the CRC.
Objectives
- To link all parties in the CRC SIIB
- To highlight opportunities resulting from our research and maintain a high level of support for the work
- To inform our audiences about significant research outcomes.
Our communication strategy is currently being reviewed in line with the CRC SIIB as it moves into its second phase of operation in August 2006. The new theme of the strategy will be: Marketing the CRC SIIB.
Increased efforts will be made to positioning the 'CRC' brand and developing individual 'brands' within the CRC portfolio related to specific commercial outcomes and as they occur.
